These terms outline the rules, responsibilities, and conditions for using Anytime 24/7 Golf, including memberships, bookings, and simulator access.

1. Facility Access & Scheduling

Members are granted access to the facility 24/7 using their personal access code. All time slots must be booked in advance via the member portal. Members may reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours before their scheduled time. Members may not share or disclose their access code. Doing so may result in suspension or termination of membership. Door security is critical. Doors must remain closed and locked at all times. No propping open or allowing unauthorized individuals inside the facility.

2. Guest Policy

Members may bring guests but must remain present at all times. Guests may only use the same simulator unit as the member. If a guest wishes to use an additional simulator (and one is available), the guest must pay: $40/hour (Non-Peak: All hours except 3 PM – 7 PM) and $50/hour (Peak: 3 PM – 7 PM). Members are fully responsible for the conduct, behavior, and damages caused by their guests.

3. Equipment Responsibility

Members accept full responsibility for all equipment, simulators, and the facility during use. Damage, misuse, or theft of any facility property by members or their guests will be charged to the member’s credit card on file. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to: theft of any property (clubs, bats, gloves, turf, monitors, etc.), intentional misuse or destruction of equipment. A valid credit card must be kept on file for incidental or damage-related charges.

4. Video and Audio Monitoring

The facility is under 24/7 surveillance, including video and audio recording. By signing this agreement, members consent to being recorded while on premises. Footage may be used in case of dispute, theft, damage, or policy violations.

5. Course Access

Members have access to a library of 25 virtual golf courses. On average, a full 18-hole round for two players takes approximately 2 hours.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Anytime 24/7 Golf assumes no liability for injury, harm, or damages to members, guests, or third parties using the facility. Members use the facility at their own risk. No staff is present onsite. In case of medical emergency, members are solely responsible for contacting emergency services. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anytime 24/7 Golf and its affiliates against any claims arising from use of the facility.

7. Children & Minors

Children are permitted inside only under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents are solely responsible for their children's safety and conduct at all times.

8. Membership Terms & Billing

Memberships are offered in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month terms. 12-month memberships receive a 15% discount. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled in writing at least 5 days prior to renewal. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Any charges related to damages or policy violations will be automatically billed to the credit card on file.

9. Events & Tournaments

Members may participate in monthly events, tournaments, and private functions hosted by Anytime 24/7 Golf. Additional fees may apply for special events.

10. Termination & Suspension

Anytime 24/7 Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for: Violation of any terms in this agreement, misuse or abuse of facility or equipment, sharing access codes, failure to pay membership dues or damage fees.

11. Insurance Disclaimer

Anytime 24/7 Golf does not carry insurance for personal injuries or losses incurred by members or guests. It is recommended that members have their own personal insurance coverage.

12. Privacy Policy

All personal and financial information collected by Anytime 24/7 Golf is kept confidential and secure. Access codes and usage data are monitored only for operational and security purposes.

13. COVID-19 & Illness Waiver

Members acknowledge the risk of exposure to contagious illnesses including COVID-19 and agree that Anytime 24/7 Golf is not liable for any resulting health issues.

14. General Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

14.1 Alcohol Use and Minors

The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol on the premises of Anytime 24/7 Golf is strictly prohibited to or by any individual under the legal drinking age, as defined by applicable state or federal law. Any member found to have furnished alcohol to a minor, or to have permitted the consumption of alcohol by a minor under their supervision, shall be subject to immediate termination of membership and potential legal referral. The responsible member shall assume full legal and financial responsibility for any consequences arising from such conduct.

14.2 Children and Minors – Supervision and Liability

Members who bring minors into the facility—whether their own children or those of guests—assume full responsibility for the conduct, actions, and safety of said minors. Anytime 24/7 Golf bears no duty of supervision. Any injury, property damage, or incident caused by or to minors will be the sole responsibility of the supervising member.

14.4 Outside Food and Waste Disposal

Members and their guests are permitted to bring outside food into the facility provided that all waste is properly disposed of in designated receptacles. Members are responsible for ensuring that no food or drink is spilled, left unattended, or causes damage to any simulator, furniture, flooring, or equipment. Additional cleaning fee 150.00 will apply if food-related waste or damage is discovered.

14.6 Policy Revisions and Amendments

Anytime 24/7 Golf reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update this Membership Agreement and all associated policies at any time. Members will not be notified of such changes via email and/or the member portal. Continued use of the facility following notice of such revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.Members are encuraged to view terms and conditions often to stay up with the latest changes.

16. Emergency Exit Plan and Safety Acknowledgment

Members acknowledge that Anytime 24/7 Golf operates without on-site staff, and as such, all members must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and safety procedures posted within the facility.

In the event of fire, medical emergency, or other dangerous condition:

Immediately cease play and evacuate the premises using the marked exit.

Do not attempt to retrieve personal belongings or equipment.

Dial 911 or the appropriate emergency services.

Notify Anytime 24/7 Golf via the emergency number posted near each simulator bay.

Members agree that they have a personal responsibility to act prudently in emergency situations and shall not rely upon the presence or intervention of staff or other third parties.

17. Additional Terms, Enforcement, and Final Provisions

17.1 Right to Refuse Service

Anytime 24/7 Golf reserves the right to refuse service, terminate access, or deny membership renewal at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification.

17.2 Catch-All Clause

Any behavior not explicitly addressed within this agreement but deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or contrary to the spirit of facility use may result in suspension or termination of membership.

17.3 No Waiver

Failure of Anytime 24/7 Golf to enforce any term or condition of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

17.4 Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.5 Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior written or verbal agreements.

17.6 Policy Changes

Anytime 24/7 Golf reserves the right to amend, update, or revise any term, policy, or operational guideline at any time. Members will be notified via email or through the member portal. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of all current terms.
